Frequently Asked Questions

It’s a basic, free event or business listing on the Waterberg Tourism Events Platform. It ensures visibility for a business owner while also giving ambassadors an opportunity to engage business owners and establish relationships.

Any business can participate – it is not limited to tourism related businesses.  

The business will have the option to list an event for the listing period.  If they’re not able to use it, they will still have great value in the Database listing,  Newsletter feature and a Facebook supporters post. 

Start with your own networks: your local Facebook page, WhatsApp groups, or newsletters. Also share listings in town-specific tourism hubs and community events where they’ll be seen by visitors.

You can fill it in for them if you have the basic info.  Remember, sometimes people are reluctant to fill in forms for various reasons.  You can assist and affirm our “human touch” by trying to find out and fill in as much of the information as possible. 

It’s always a good idea to add value and help build your relationship with a product owner by sharing their listing on social media platforms and/or applicable Whatsapp groups you manage for example.
